To apply for the National Scholarship Scheme we will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-
- First, go to the Official Website of the National Scholarship Portal.

- Click on the option called New Registration
- The instructions will be displayed on your screen.
- Tick mark the declaration.
- Click on the “Continue” option.
- Enter all of the details.
- Enter name, date of birth, mobile number, gender, email ID, bank details, etc.

- Now you have to log in using your credentials.

- Registration must be filled by the parents/guardian of students who are below the age of 18 years
- Students / Parents/guardians need to submit the following documents while applying:
- Educational documents of student
- Aadhaar of the Student
- If Aadhaar is not available, then a Bonafide student certificate from Institute / School
- Aadhaar Enrolment ID and Scanned copy of Bank passbook

The meritorious students of SC, ST, OBC and other reserved categories can apply for NSP 2022 pre-matric and post-matric scholarships. Single girl children can apply for PG Indira Gandhi Scholarship offered by UGC through the National scholarship portal login.
