  • Aadhaar number of the scholar
  • If Aadhaar isn’t available, then Bonafide student certificate from Institute / School and
  • Aadhaar Enrolment ID or Scanned copy of Bank passbook
  • If Institute/School is different from the domicile state of the applicant, then Bonafide student certificate from Institute / School.
  • Details to fill within the National Scholarship form are
  • Date of Birth (DOB)
  • State of Domicile
  • Scholarship Category
  • Name of Student
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Id
  • Bank account details
  • Identification Details

After submitting the appliance, the default login id and password to log into the National Scholarship Portal Login are going to sent to the provided mobile number. Just in case the password isn’t received, the choice for forgot a password at the login page shall be used.
