• Verification form provided by an educational institution

• Self-attested community certificate from an applicant who has attained 18 years/other Community certificate attested by parent/guardian
• Income certificate issued by the competent authority in the State/UT Government

• For scholarship under MCM based scheme, students have to upload a self-attested mark sheet indicating 50% or more marks in the final qualifying examination at higher secondary/graduation level.
