There are many students who due to their financial condition cannot be able to continue with their education. For all those students the Government of Karnataka has launched the State Scholarship Portal (SSP) scheme for providing various kinds of scholarships to all the eligible and capable students of Karnataka. All The eligible categories of students can apply through this portal. The application procedure has been made very simple through this portal. SSP Scholarship portal has various kinds of welfare departments for various categories of students. There are basically two types of scholarship that are offered through the SSP scholarship portal which is pre-Matric and post-matric scholarship. The pre-matric scholarship is for students studying in class 1st to 10th and post-matric scholarships are for those students who have cleared their class 10th and are aiming for higher education.
